Innovation, Technology, Energy, and Internationalisation of Businesses.Sergio Calderara, a former partner of a leading Italian law firm, has been collaborating until the end of the first semester of 2018, in Brasilia, with Pinheiro Neto Advogados, a multidisciplinary and independent Brazilian law firm.
Alongside, he has been a regular lecturer at University of Brasilia (Fellow of the Center on Law and Regulation) and at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome (Second-level Master Programme in business law) on topics related to technology law.
With a professional experience of more in relation to than 20 years, of which over eight as in-house counsel - where he assumed the role of Chief Contracts Counsel as well as the one of General Counsel within Italian companies, sitting also in their board of directors - he has developed extensive capacities in terms of versatility and sensitivity to business needs.
Before Brazil, he has been visiting foreign lawyer also in London and Paris. He is an honorary member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and he is fluent in Italian, Portuguese, English and French.
