Sergio Calderara, a former partner of a leading Italian law firm, is currently collaborating, in Brasilia, with Pinheiro Neto Advogados, a multidisciplinary and independent Brazilian law firm.
Alongside, he is a regular lecturer at University of Brasilia (Fellow of the Center on Law and Regulation) and at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome (Second-level Master Programme in business law) on topics related to technology law.
With a professional experience of more than 20 years, of which over eight as in-house counsel - where he assumed the role of Chief Contracts Counsel as well as the one of General Counsel within Italian companies, sitting also in their board of directors - he has developed extensive capacities in terms of versatility and sensitivity to business needs.
