22 June 2017: "Democracy, Broadband and Human Rights", Panelist within CPR Latam 2017 and 5° Congreso Latinoamericano de Telecomunicaciones (clt2017.org), jointly with Prof. Murilo Ramos of University of Brasilia, Artur Coimbra - Broadband Director of the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Tecnology, Innovation and Communications (MCTIC), Prof. Cristiana Freitas of University of Brasilia and Marcia Matsubayashi, TMT Leader of Deloitte Brasil, all moderated by Jorge Fernando Negrete Pacheco of Mediatelecom (Mexico). CPR Latam (cprlatam.org) is a cross-disciplinary academic network of research centers which seeks to advance knowledge on the social, economic and political impact of ICT in the Americas.
